I have burned out created upmerged templates for Texas counties...! Here are the templates yet to be created; they should be upmerged to their regional categories, which I have listed according to WP, the Handbook of Texas Online, County Maps of Texas, and various other sources. Feel free to rearrange them accordingly. Here's the boilerplate text:
