Naming format? edit

There are two naming formats battling for dominance here, "List of awards received by Foo" and "List of Foo awards". I suggest opening a discussion on which format should be accepted as standard. My preference is for "List of Foo awards" because it is shorter and because it avoids the passive-sounding "received by" construction. If I'm counting correctly, 119 of the 172 current articles use this construction. Otto4711 (talk) 18:05, 27 January 2009 (UTC)Reply
