Suggest renaming this to Category:Legal scholars because not all legal scholars work for the academic. For instance, Richard Posner is clearly a scholar, but is not an academic (he adjuncts, I think). Legal scholars also includes journalists, adjuncts, folks like William Patry (adjuncts but is really a full-time practitioner, but writes a treatise).
