At the top level of this category, we need to establish some criteria for who ranks as a "jurist". Filing a case, even arguing one pro se, probably does not make one a jurist. AWM -- 68.122.118.161 10:37, 26 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
The jurist article states that although it refers to those with an expertise in law, in the U.S., it usually only applies to judges. For that reason, I have begun listing judges and former judges in this category, though I don't know who else we really should. What qualifications can we establish so that this does not become the same as the judge category?
