Should this category be deleted

The editor who created this category then blanked the category page (removing all the parent categories) which suggests they had 2nd thoughts and wanted to delete the category. If that's the case (while the category has members) then it should be taken to WP:CFD. If CFD is a bit daunting (actually, if you use Twinkle it's straight-forward) then put a note here explaining why the category should be deleted and someone else will do it.
