Rationale

This category contains stars located beyond our galaxy. This is an analogue to ‹The template Category link is being considered for merging.› Category:Extrasolar planets. Most stars studied are within our galaxy, stars outside of it are rarely studied, so few will have articles, and thus represent a unique group.
