- @Spleodrach: I oppose all of these for now, pending reliable sources confirming the name changes. For the same reason, I have reverted several of the moves of head articles on these departments, because none of the moves cited any source; some made a vague wave at gov.ie, but none linked to a specific page which lists the changes.
WP:C2D can be used when the article title is long-term stable, or there has been a WP:RM discussion; neither of those apply here. C2D also includes renamings "to reflect an official renaming which is verified by one or more citations (provided in the nomination)". There are no citations for any of these nominations, and some of the titles above do not coincide with the list at https://www.gov.ie/en/organisation-information/9b5048-government-ministers/ or https://www.gov.ie/en/help/departments/. For example, both those govt pages list the "Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine", and so does https://www.agriculture.gov.ie/.
