This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because it will be populated soon, as I have created one or more articles in Draft space, submitted to AFC, which will belong in it. The category is part of a sensible category tree. These articles are on National Register of Historic Places listings, are notable. Also there are probably existing articles within NRHP in KS which belong in the category. I had put one or more draftspace articles into the category, but another editor and/or a bot disabled the category in those articles. But i don't care, delete if you want and I will re-create soon.
