Carlos Morales (athlete)

Carlos Andrés Morales Herrera (born 26 July 1966) is a retired Chilean sprinter who competed primarily in the 400 metres.[1] He represented his country at the 1991 World Championships in Tokyo advancing to the second round but ultimately not starting in it.
