The 2024 2. deild karla (English: Men's Second Division) is the 59th season of third-tier Icelandic football. The season began on 4 May and is scheduled to finish on 14 September 2024.

Twelve teams contested the league. The title winners and runners-up are promoted to the 2025 1. deild karla. The bottom two teams are relegated to the 2025 3. deild karla.[1]
