The 2023–24 Idaho State Bengals women's basketball team represents Idaho State University during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bengals finished the 2022–23 season 11–19, 6–12 in Big Sky play to finish in eighth place.^[1] As the #8 seed in the Big Sky tournament, they were defeated by #7 seed Portland State in the first round.^[2]
