I saw the the original page was moved to the Diverging diamond interchange page, and I thought that was okay, but it has now been removed from the Diverging diamond interchange. Restoring it to the Diverging Diamond Interchange page would be fine........how do I do that (I am a Wikipedia novice).

There is nothing to refund here as the page was not deleted. Take a look at https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Double_crossover_merging_interchange&action=history where you can see the old versions of the page you ask. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Double_crossover_merging_interchange&oldid=610022378 for example has some content you may be asking about. Regarding copying content from the redirected article above into the other article, indeed you can but you MUST provide copyright attribution when you do so. It's not difficult: just place in your edit summary when you paste the copied content over a link to where you copied it from and say what you did. A model edit summary might be "Copied content from [[Double crossover merging interchange]]; see that page's history for attribution". Currently, after the presentation of new sources, showing that the author is very notable, the page was restored in french and romanian versions, without any vote against. Here are requests for restoration: Romanian version[2] and French version[3].

Several sources from 2009 and the news sources after 2010: magazines and newspapers of national importance. Contemporanul[4][5], Convorbiri literare [6][7][8][9]("The magazine Convorbiri literare is among the most important journals of nineteenth-century in Romania"), Adevărul[10][11], Albina Românească, may 2009, pag. 5 [12].   •   Not done Kathleenhenri, this was fairly promotional in tone so I can't really restore it to AfC. It needs a pretty thorough re-write to remove WP:PUFFERY words and phrases like "the gallery has hosted a diverse array of exhibitions", "Collaboration is an intrinsic component to exhibition development", and "It is an extension of the studio experience, a place to talk about ideas, explore new concepts, and to examine existing presumptions about art and art objects". It's not as bad as some of the others could be, but it's written a bit like it was taken from an official press release. I get the impression that you have a conflict of interest here, as this comes across strongly like it was written by a marketing person or someone who works for the museum, so if you are someone with a conflict of interest you will need to disclose this on your userpage and read over WP:COI. You can still edit, but you have to explicitly state your COI. For example, I occasionally edit for the Library of Virginia (albeit under another account clearly labeled for this specific use), so I have that explicitly stated on my userpage.   • RiderAryan, I'm going to go ahead and say that it's extremely unlikely that RHaworth or anyone will restore this page. Unless you can show coverage in WP:RS it's almost certain that this article will continue to fail notability guidelines. The claims are also certainly false, since Bihar is an enormous state with over a hundred million people living there - surely one of them had to have rapped before 2014. It looks like you're also a minor trying to promote yourself on Wikipedia (and likely elsewhere), so I'd like to stress the importance of not putting your personal information on the Internet. There are a lot of unscrupulous people out there. This is your first and last warning: do not promote yourself on Wikipedia and do not post personal information on Wikipedia. I suggest that you start at Draft:iFollow Club and find some independent sources, such as magazines that talk about this company/web site. Then rewrite what they say in your draft. No promotional language or motivational language is permitted. If there are no magazines or newspapers or other reliable writers, then you may as well write about something else instead. And if you are talking about File:LorgeSr.jpg, the place you got it from says "all rights reserved". You may be able to claim fair use as the person is deceased. Or is this really your own photo? I'm Coming Out vinyl singles

These images were used in I'm Coming Out article. I removed them intentionally to use the image of the US single for the American song. Somehow, someone else tried to replace it with another image. I reinserted the US single without removing the other. Now I am requesting undeletion of these above images. Soon, I'm setting up the RFC to invite people to pick which image we must keep. (e/c)   Not done Hello. That page was a blatant copyright violation, infringing on the content here. As such, it cannot be undeleted. The fact that a page was deleted in the past under a speedy deletion criterion does not set a precedent, and is very often no reflection on the subject's merit to have an article. Rather it's all about what was written. So, the fact that an article failed to set forth the importance of the topic, or was almost empty, or was written like a commercial and so was considered blatant advertising or was a copyright violation, as appears to be case here, just means if an article is warranted for the topic and could be written in a proper manner, the one that was deleted wasn't it. In short, this write-up won't be undeleted, but a new article can be started, without prejudice. I will note that I would not have deleted it under the speedy deletion criterion used, but the fact it was a copyright violation was a valid basis, even if not discovered when originally deleted.--Fuhghettaboutit (talk) 22:28, 24 July 2015 (UTC)
