hi there!

hello! i noticed you put your links back up, which i completely understand your reasoning to. however, two things i wanted to ask. the first is part of the Wikipedia:External Links policy, in which it states that:

"A website that you own or maintain, even if the guidelines above imply that it should be linked to. This is because of neutrality and point-of-view concerns; neutrality is an important objective at Wikipedia, and a difficult one. If it is relevant and informative, mention it on the talk page and let other — neutral — Wikipedia editors decide whether to add the link."

...is this a site you own or maintain as Senior Research Scientist? the second thing i wanted to ask is obviously you have a huge breathe of experience around, as you point out, a very neglected area of HIV. i think the link would belong much better if you threw in some of your knowledge of it into the article. cheers. Sure, I'd be happy to adopt you. If I don't have the answers, I usually know where to find out. :) Replace your adoption box with {{adoptee|Dev920}} and it's official! I tend to let my adoptees go do their own thing and batter down my talkpage when they need info, advice or help, though I check up on them if they have been quiet for a while, just to see what's going on. Wiki Loves Pride 2016

As a participant of WikiProject LGBT studies, you are invited to participate in the third annual Wiki Loves Pride campaign, which runs through the month of June. The purpose of the campaign is to create and improve content related to LGBT culture and history. How can you help?

1. Create or improve LGBT-related Wikipedia pages and showcase the results of your work here
2. Document local LGBT culture and history by taking pictures at pride events and uploading your images to Wikimedia Commons
