Implementing C-Class edit

The 24 Wikiproject requires a discussion on whether we will use the new C-Class grade. Personally, I think that we have all the more to gain by this, the pitfall of fictional articles is that some are hard to get sources for, and I think we could all agree that we feel the gap between Start and B class more than other projects. We require some sort of straw poll/discussion, as to how we will implement it, if we will implement it at all. Thoughts? Steve Crossin (contact) 06:37, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps the articles that only contain a large Plot section and not much else should be C-class? Gary King (talk) 06:49, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • Hmm, I was thinking perhaps articles that contain sourced plot summaries (with {{cite episode}} could be C-Class, while articles that are only unsourced plot summaries could be start class. It's really up to the project though. Steve Crossin (contact) 06:53, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
We should definitely implement C class because we need to fill the gap between start and B class.--Lan Di (talk) 06:55, 6 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
I agree with Lan Di, some articles are better than start, but just need the extra work for B class, hence, they would be C-class. --The Helpful One (Review) 17:07, 12 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • The fact that this has had some input, though not much, and the unanimous support of implementing C-Class, and the nature of our articles, I think that there is consensus to implement C-Class. How this will be implemented, all B class articles will be downgraded to C class, then re-assessed. Existing Start class articles can be assessed for C class, but generally articles that have very long plot summaries with no other material, and plot summaries that are unreferenced, should stay at Start Class till the plot summary has some condensing and some referencing, using {{cite episode}}.
