The main article on Culebra (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Culebra,_Puerto_Rico#Navy_Culebra_protests) has a section on the bombardment of Culebra by the Navy. A very similar (secondary) article appears under the title of Navy-Culebra Protests (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Navy%E2%80%93Culebra_protests). A few weeks ago, and before reading the main article, I read the secondary article and noticed important omissions, most notably citations to and summaries of the monographs by then mayor of Culebra (R. Feliciano) and by R. Copaken, the lawyer who worked closely with the mayor and other PR authorities to bring an end to the exercises. I modified the secondary article accordingly. Now, after reading the main article, it seems to me that the separate article should be merged/incorporated into the main article.
