Great idea

edit
I think we've definitely gotten to a point where we can do this. Yeah, us!
I'm gonna look into having the current candidate tag (or some notification thereof) incorporated into the standard rating template. Kinda have it show up like the 'needs infobox' thing does for {{WPBiography}}. That way it'll show up automatically on all the pages, instead of having to be added, as I've seen happen on some projects. Then we can see how it looks and adjust as needed. Cheers! --Ebyabe 15:16, 10 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Any luck with this? IvoShandor 13:14, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

How about cross-project collaboration

edit

Like, pick an article that falls under several WikiProjects's umbrellas. We could get more help that way, and maybe raise the visibility of our project. Something like Gettysburg Battlefield, say, or the Hearst Castle. Yeah, I'm all about the interdepartmental cooperation. :) --Ebyabe 00:08, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Or even our lone A-class article, the Cathedral of Our Lady of Peace in Hawaii. I wonder how much more work it'd need to nudge it to an FA? :) --Ebyabe 00:10, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
I am all for it. I can be the, um ambassador, if you want. And what, exactly, is an A-Class article? Does it have to already be GA? How does that work? IvoShandor 07:05, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
My understanding is that anything above a B has to go thru a review process. I dunno the specifics, though, as to how an article gets to each level (GA, A, FA). --Ebyabe 16:59, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
Tweak the wording on my criteria make it better than GA, revert to my old strict version. IvoShandor 13:15, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Support

edit

Assuming three or four editors support and intend to work on the collaboration I would say that 3 or 4 is a good "go number"? What does everyone else think? IvoShandor 07:40, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

That sounds about right to me. --Ebyabe 17:00, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

Activity?

edit

No recent activity. : ( NRHP main article will probably get GA now sometime, I am going for FA sooner rather than later. IvoShandor 13:13, 20 April 2007 (UTC)Reply
