Request for Checking my Work
editHi! This is the first time I've joined a blitz, so I'm a little unsure of myself. I've only done one article so far, The Mandela Catalogue, which seems to have a bunch of miscellaneous problems aside from grammar, and I don't know if I did a good enough job. If anybody was able to give it a look, I'd be really thankful! Jwrivera (talk) 23:31, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
- Welcome, and thanks for your help. You did well on a tricky article; most of the tags seem to concern sourcing, which is beyond our purview. Wikipedia:WikiProject Guild of Copy Editors/How to has a bunch of useful links. Have fun and all the best, Miniapolis 01:45, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
Adding tables?
editHi, I'm new to blitzes and wikipedia in general. I wanted to work on the tai chi articles in the backlog. They have lists of forms (e.g., 108-form_Wu_family_tai_chi#List_of_forms that could be reformatted as tables, which has been done in some other tai chi articles. Would that be outside the scope of the blitz? Should I copyedit the rest of the article and make a note to myself to come back to the article later? - You're certainly entitled to make formatting changes; if they're reverted, you can discuss it on the article talk page. Have fun and all the best, Miniapolis 23:17, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
