Wikipedia:WikiProject California DeltaWikipedia:WikiProject California/California Delta task force — I believe this page would be better served as a sub-page of the WikiProject California. This appears to be a WikiProject that never got past having this page created and so this isn't really a conversion to a task force at this point. If interest in a task force related to the material covered in the scope increases then functions of a standard task force can be implemented (task force banner parameters and categories, etc.). A dead WikiProject with a total of one member and no talk page? I think that should qualify as a stillborn wikiproject worthy of deletion. (well no talk page until this WP:RM was started) 70.29.208.69 (talk) 06:09, 11 July 2009 (UTC)Reply
Well I've moved it, since it's between move and delete on what to do with this page. You're free take this to WP:MFD if you'd like. I'm not especially concerned with this being deleted, it's main purpose at this point is just for reference that a project/task force of this scope had been considered in the past. -Optigan13 (talk) 07:04, 15 July 2009 (UTC)Reply

Make it in a dirty glass as the dust is rising. Seriously, anyone up for a revival? I am working on getting a userpage box made that would use this image:

and this box:

CAL Delta TF

Anyone want in? Oh, I better make those drinks to go. . .--Morenooso (talk) 20:51, 21 April 2010 (UTC)Reply

Expansion of Scope?

edit

I have been trying to discuss consensus on a Sacramento task force on the talk page of WikiProject California (see discussion here). My question is: would anyone here be interested in expanding the scope of this task force to include the Sacramento area?--Toyz1988 (talk) 20:53, 17 June 2011 (UTC)Reply

I think this task force has been declared inactive. It would be good for it to get going again. According to this map Sacramento is almost within the secondary zone. In the event that consensus is achieved, a new title would most likely be needed. 08OceanBeachS.D. 21:17, 17 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
If this ever gets revived, it might make sense to expand it to the California Central Valley, instead of the California Delta, esp. as Sacto could then be included w/o any debate. It would then dovetail rather nicely with the SFBA, Inland Empire, LA, SoCAl, and san diego task forces.50.193.19.66 (talk) 18:45, 10 April 2013 (UTC)Reply
