WikiProject Articles for Creation Featured Article Drive

WikiProject AFC is holding a one month long featured article drive!
The goal of this drive is to fill the empty Category:FA-Class AFC articles category. Good articles are welcomed as well.

Awards to be won range from the AFC barnstar to... well, the AFC barnstar. The drive page is located at Wikipedia:WikiProject Articles for creation/Featured Content Drive.

Featured content nomination March / April 2008

User:Graeme Bartlett submitted Letter (alphabet) as the article to focus on. This was created from WP:AFC back on January 10, 2006, by User:MacGyverMagic from a submission from 209.158.211.28.

Assessments

I have looked at all the unassessed articles now with the findings already mentioned. Nearly everything was start or stub class, and a couple of B class articles. So I am going to stick by Letter (alphabet) as suitable for a joint effort. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 04:46, 22 March 2008 (UTC)

First AfC-FA?

Although I just found out about this AfC Featured Content Drive, I think I may have your first AfC-FA currently at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/The Penelopiad. It was created by MacGyverMagic in Jan 2006. [1] --maclean 03:30, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
