Minor wording updates

There have been changes to the Louis Riel article in the last week that should be reflected in this summary. They are:

• in the first sentance, change "...people of western Canada" to "...people of the Canadian prairies"
• in the last sentance, remove "de facto" in the phrase, "...seen as a de facto Father of Confederation..."
