Can we split this page into two pages, content and formatting?

Hi Ocaasi (WMF)

Would you mind if I split this page into two pages? One for the content and one for the formatting that the content page could be transcluded into? This will make it much easier to embed the page into other pages and maintain the styling on their pages. E.g I have added it to Wikipedia:Adding_open_license_text_to_Wikipedia however the centre allignment, icon and grey background with border makes it look somewhat odd.....
