Wikipedia talk:Requests for mediation/Russia

I am not really involved here, and I did not edit anything on this subject. But since the IP included me as a party, I can try to help with mediating the disagreements.Biophys (talk) 16:17, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

  • Natl1 and Miyokan believe that this statement should not be included in the health section because this should go on propiska as the matter at hand deals with supposed no freedom of movement and the consequences of its enforcement. Nothing to do with how health care is provided to most Russians. Adding it to the main health care section, let alone the second sentence, would give undue weight to the issue.--Natl1 (Talk Page) (Contribs) 15:48, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
Millions people, who live for a long time outside the places of their residence as indicated in their internal passports, are denied health care. So, that is the alleged connection.Biophys (talk) 16:25, 6 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

My position edit

This specific "Russian health care" issue is a minor content dispute mostly between the IPs (it looks like there are several of them) and users Miyokan and Krawdawg. Whatever they agree, I would support. If it helps, I can suggest my version of the text.Biophys (talk) 02:48, 11 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
