How does the account creator status work?

Hello, I'm organizing a wikipedia editathon in March and I was just wondering if someone could explain how the account creator status would work for my event. I understand there's a limit of six new accounts per IP address? Meaning that participants at an editathon might be blocked from creating a new account at the event if there are more than six of them doing so? Yes six per IP address, which is why you need at least one Account Creator who can make accounts for others. You do that by going to a page Special:CreateAccount and creating them from your account. --Theredproject (talk) 02:15, 15 February 2018 (UTC)
