In reviewing this FAR, I saw that many of the fixes were not adding new material, but rather removing bloating and fixing citation concerns. Furthermore, the editors that completed the work at the end of the FAR process have declined to receive a FASA. Therefore, I think this article should close without a FASA being awarded.
