Buidhe, you could bring this back to FAR now ... there are no other medical articles listed, and I see you have a new FAR eligible in two days. If so, you just readd this nom to the page, and readd it to article talk. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 13:55, 25 May 2020 (UTC)Reply

Moved from FAR page (because collapsed sections cause template limits problems at FAC).
I wish this one could have waited, since medical editors are quite swamped right now. Could we extend the initial FAR period? There is neglible chance that anyone can take this on now, and there are two other medical articles already at FAR. SandyGeorgia (Talk) 23:41, 21 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
@SandyGeorgia: I have no objection because my philosophy is WP:NODEADLINE. I just nominated this one because the notification was months ago and other articles had people on the talk page trying to fix it. buidhe 23:49, 21 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
I appreciate your effort, but too many FARs at once in one content area can be demoralizing and work against the purpose. Would you consider asking the Coords if you can withdraw this one and submit a different article? SandyGeorgia (Talk) 23:52, 21 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
@WP:FAR coordinators: Let's do as Sandy Georgia suggests. buidhe 00:21, 22 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

On hold to be restarted in no less than a month. Nikkimaria (talk) 00:29, 22 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Nikkimaria and Buidhe:, considering a) the pandemic, b) the Medicine arbcase, and c) the editors involved already in significantly improving Chagas disease, which is at FAR, could this be extended yet another month, to 22 May? SandyGeorgia (Talk) 19:50, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
I have no objection. buidhe 19:50, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
Fine with me. Nikkimaria (talk) 19:54, 11 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
