Wikidata

edit

Hi, in Italian Wikipedia we have put links to the elements on Wikidata, can you check if they're ok and maybe adding them here as well? Josep Bonaplata i Corriol does not seem to be related to any element on Wikidata. Thanks. --Cruccone (talk) 15:49, 11 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Featured article

edit

Hello, at least in Finnish wikipedia the points for a featured articles are almost a theoretical issue: we assume 2 weeks of peer review and 2 weeks voting, so to finish it before end of contest you need to be ready around now. EDIT (this was me but forgot to sign in) --Tappinen (talk) 07:01, 16 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

You have a point there. We asume FA/GA special points are hard to get in any language. If you don't have an already existing version of the article. Peer review is a long task, in all languages. We put it as a goal: If you want to get 50 points is probably easier/faster to translate an already existing article. But it is our hommage to quality ;) Good luck with the contest and THANKS A LOT for joining it!--Kippelboy (talk) 09:27, 16 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Article or prose size?

edit

Which bytes would be considered, total article size or readable prose size? "[A]dded content" also includes Wikitext, citations, etc. An example would be a real help. Regards. — Bill william comptonTalk 11:25, 16 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for bringing this up. Wikitext, citations, and templates are also included. We try to keep it as easy as possible to users, so they can track themselves with the "diff" edit of the history tab. We will add an example to clarify it. Thanks again! :-)--Kippelboy (talk) 13:32, 16 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

Last chance to take part in the competition. The final "sprint". Good luck! --Davidpar (talk) 11:58, 13 April 2014 (UTC)Reply

The challenge has finished! Thank you very much! In the coming days we will announce the winners. --Davidpar (talk) 07:58, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
It seems that the deadline was not visible enough since some participants still edited afterwards... Take care, Claudi/Capsot (talk) 09:41, 17 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
They will check time of article creating. --Artificial123 (talk) 11:27, 21 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
