Resident Evil edit

It's kind of depressing that such a monumental series has such a low-quality article - currently, it's just a list of the RE games, movies, and books. I'm willing to expand this article in any way I can, just give me a place to start. I would like to know what needs to be expanded, improved, deleted, edited, etc. to promote this article to featured status. Morgan695 01:47, 16 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The lead needs expansion, and references are needed too, though the most striking ommission is a section on Resident Evil's impact; which should include critical reviews, influence on gaming, sales figures (if possible) etc. More later when I sit down and actually read the article. :) LordViD 22:07, 16 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

As it is, I actually think it serves pretty nicely as a hub of information, and with the improvements listed on Talk:Resident Evil in mind, all I can add is the "notes" section on the films either be merged into some prose, or moved to the individual movie articles. Update: Also, the intro section should be expanded, further explaining the facts claimed ("It is credited...") and with a short text on the evolution of the franchise. A lead picture would be good too, perhaps the Resident Evil (video game) image, and a few other images as well, through the article. Poulsen 12:57, 26 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]
