[Speedy] Additional spacecraft-stub templates

The result of the debate was create.
A handful of additional countries have reached the threshold for template creation set out in the discussion which set up categorisation of spacecraft stubs by country, so I am proposing creation of upmerged templates under criterion S2 for the following:

{{Argentina-spacecraft-stub}} for Argentina
{{Brazil-spacecraft-stub}} for Brazil
{{Italy-spacecraft-stub}} for Italy
{{Norway-spacecraft-stub}} for Norway
{{ROK-spacecraft-stub}} for the Republic of Korea (South Korea) following the pattern used with other templates of this type where the country name had more than one word
{{Spain-spacecraft-stub}} for Spain
{{Turkey-spacecraft-stub}} for Turkey
