Hindustani classical music is the art music of northern regions of the Indian subcontinent. It may also be called North Indian classical music or Śāstriya Saṅgīt. Its origins date from the 12th century CE, when it diverged from Carnatic classical music, the classical tradition of southern regions of the Indian subcontinent.

Through Indian Classical music, Godliness is attained.

We will be a group of fellow editors, who are dedicated to to make pages of concepts not there in the classical music and also to improving the quality of Wikipedia by correcting misconcepts related to Hindustani classical music. The Svara Rishi (team) is dedicated to make pages of concepts not there in the classical music and also to improving the quality of Wikipedia by correcting misconcepts related to Hindustani classical music.
