- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Yes, pretty much.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Astonishingly... just a few minutes.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- No, it was superb. It was rated as start quality, which is fair. I couldn't do much more on this subject.

edit- What was your submission? Blocked isocyanates
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- YES
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- PRETTY QUICKLY
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- Some articles seem to get reviewed quickly - others not so much. Would love to see a breakdown of what type of articles get approved quickly
- What was your submission? Draft:Organic Maps
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Not really. It was spread across many pages and ambiguos. There was no easy submit button and everything had to be done with clunky templates.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- 1-2 weeks I think? But creation and submission were the problem.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- Make it easier such as adding a draft article button at the contribution page and have a submit for review button there. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greatder (talk • contribs) 03:00, 8 February 2022 (UTC)

edit- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Very clear, and the resources were very helpful. This was my first article I have ever contributed, but I found everything I needed to learn how to properly format it, such that I was able to get it approved on my first try without having to resubmit after revisions. The one thing I was not entirely clear on was how to actively participate in the relevant Category tag projects to get feedback from those working on those projects on my draft article. But I think that has more to do with me needing to study up on how talk pages work on Wikipedia.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Eight days, very speedy!
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- Maybe just some hand-holding instructions for how new editors and page authors can post a message on a category project to ask for feedback on a draft article. Thank you all, this was a very good experience, and I will think about whether there are other missing topics I am qualified to write articles on. LRFtheLion (talk) 01:02, 9 February 2022 (UTC)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T25_Sherman
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
Yeah idk why, maybe It was an oversight on my part or someone eleses but the page is called the 'T25 Sherman' instead of 'T25 Medium Tank' needs fixed.
- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Kind of. I had to read WP:COI several times to figure out if 1) I could actually create an article where I have a COI with the subject matter and 2) the right process (AfC) to do so.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Fairly quickly, around a month
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- The message on my talk page said, "Since you have made at least 10 edits over more than four days, you can now create articles yourself without posting a request. However, you may continue submitting work to Articles for creation if you prefer." However, I went through the AfC process in order to properly create an article as per WP:COI. A future improvement might be to modify this message if someone made the article through AfC because of the WP:COI process (rather than because they are too new of an account to create articles themselves).

- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Just over three months
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- It would be good to be able to see some kind of progress indicator - there are X articles waiting for review, Y articles submitted before yours, Z articles submitted since - though I don't know how easy that would be. It was just slightly disheartening to wait that length of time and not be sure if what I had written was good enough - so I waited to do other edits. I understand there are only a limited number of reviewers though. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Respectstherights (talk • contribs) 12:22, 9 March 2022 (UTC)

edit- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Yes and I have found wikipedia easy to use. The only trouble I had was saving the first time, more due to my nerves from "publish changes" then anything wrong with the instructions which told me it would save them and the officer infobox template as more used to visual edit but once got hang of it, found myself quickly growing comfortable with it.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- I submitted it on 13:09 12th March UK time, it was published 1:19 on the 13th. I felt that was very quick.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- For draft articles, changing "publish changes" to save changes might be a helpful tweak? Generally has felt like wikipedia wanted to help make it easy to edit and create an article, I have appreciated the help and encouragement of other editors in my short stay here DongZhuo3kingdoms (talk) 10:26, 13 March 2022 (UTC)

- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- The instructions were clear but incorrect. This is an article where all contributors have a COI, with the original creator blocked for username policy violation and spam, so extra caution was definitely warranted. It was clear from the start that this article would meet significant opposition, which it did.
- However, that it went as far as bending policy not to have it accepted, I found that surprising. With the exception of the last reviewer (User:Greenman), the AfC 'staff' involved invented policies ('Web site is down, so I cannot assess the ref, so I'm not going to accept it'), deliberately misjudged existing guidelines ('not notable' for a rector of a university), refused to communicate after they had beed notified of their mistake, and generally did not extend a iota of good faith.
- I mean, I have created hundreds of articles here, and expanded thousands. For this particular one I have a COI, but that does not suddenly make me a bad editor.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- The review process was reasonably fast.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- If the intention was to drive COI editors underground, that might have been successful. The original creator will certainly never again hit the 'edit' button. As for me, I'm more resilient, so no worries. But I don't like the approach that was taken here.

"Brox Sox" is deleting hours of good wikipedia work. Please do stop this mongering bafoon before he deletes half of Wikipedia concerning Norwegegian noble families. He's deleting things claiming "they're fictitious". Well, darling, all sagas that blend into the medieval times, to quite a large extent are mixed with fairytale. That is why they are the oldest families in Norway, being the very founders of the country and the text itself stated that it is not always easy to know what is true and what is not. It makes one sad and angry that someone would delete ones family history/genealogy, claiming it to be "fictitious" when one is very much breathing and alive, passing down the same true history opposed to Danish state propaganda that tried to exterminate the old pre-Danish Norwegian noble families for centuries. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.164.156.239 (talk) 10:38, 2 June 2022 (UTC)

edit- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Clear and much appreciable.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- It took a couple of weeks but as the refs and the subject to be reviewed thoroughly it was done per rule. Reviewer scope_creep did it finally.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- To date, I have no such hassle in AfC submission though many of my submissions are pending for weeks, it's fine as reviewers are doing it as a volunteer. They are too human and have other works. I understand their hard work here. I must appreciate their valuable efforts to build the earth's largest Encylopedia. My best regards to them.

edit- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- I'd say about 65% clear, although eventually I made it through the process successfully, so it must have been clear enough. I struggled with knowing what would minimally be required for getting the draft approved. I assume it will evolve and hopefully improve over time, but wasn't sure about the minimum reqs to get this process going.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Initially, I received a message that it could take months for the draft to be reviewed. This was quite unmotivating, to be honest. In the end, it was reviewed the same day I submitted it, which was a very nice surprise and made me feel like my work was valued.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- Providing prompt review of submissions is very motivating. Getting feedback from people more experienced is very useful, especially when phrased constructively and giving concrete improvement suggestions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Greenhill54321 (talk • contribs) 15:03, 13 July 2022 (UTC)

edit- What was your submission?
- Did you find the instructions clear?
- Very clear.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- It took minimal time. Dwaipayan is very active in AfC review. They are handling Wikiproject WP:VILL too smoothly.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- While WP:VILL is being handled very smoothly and quickly, some other categories are taking a long time. But it's ok as reviewers are doing volunteer here. Bigger drafts need a longer time as it needs to verify sources. I respect their efforts. My best regards

- I really appreciate the voluntary efforts to review and create this article, however, I felt attacked by one of the editors I encountered in my difficult times trying to create and publish the article both in their comments and in trying so hard to get my efforts to create the article killed. I suggest that the friendly spaces rule be maintained as I was not paid or influenced to write the article. I was only trying to complete my 1Lib1Ref campaign assignment I started since 2020. I have the username of this editor and would make a formal report if I feel endangered by this user going forward. - What was your submission?
- I submitted an article for Tommy Byars at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tommy_Byars.
- Did you find the instructions clear?
Because I am a lay person with no knowledge in writing an article, much less writing an article in Wikipedia language, it was difficult for me. I am a hands-on person; therefore, I am handicapped when it comes to reading and following instructions. I did not know the language, understand the templates, nor could I manuever around in Wikipedia easily with my disabilities and it was grueling; however, with perseverance, determination, asking questions and begging for help, I managed to find and get the help I needed as I crossed each brige, one at a time, and as things progressed. I am extremely thankful to the people that helped, revised and even critized what I had done, because I would not have managed to get the article where it has evolved today without their help. For this, I am intensely grateful.
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
- Extremely quick! I was expecting 4 months and it has only been a few weeks.
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
- The only suggestion that I could think of would be to add a full page template laid out and outlined for an article where one could fill in the blanks and add their sources in the same template. This may be available on Wikipedia, but I have not found it yet. Also, I still have not figured out how to sign a post. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Cjmodica (talk • contribs) 21:57, 9 October 2022 (UTC)

What instructions
- How quickly was your submission reviewed?
145 days
- Do you have any suggestions to improve the process?
Make reviews faster. The backlog makes it so an article with a clear and obvious flaw which can easily be fixed by an editor could end up getting submitted once, then rejected 145 days later with feedback, and then the editor immediately fixes it and submits it the next day and it takes 145 days (total 291 days) to get into article space.
Reject more articles if uncertain because a rejection after 5 days is more likely to lead to someone fixing it and submitting it again than a rejection after 145 days
