@Jpmishra96: without doing a detailed assessment (you get that when you submit this for review and a reviewer goes through it), there is quite a lot of unreferenced content, with several paragraphs without a single citation. You need to ensure that every material statement and anything potentially contentious is clearly supported by referencing. It's also not clear what makes this person notable, given that all the sources cited are primary. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 10:24, 4 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I think he's almost certainly notable, given that he appears on the Odisha government website and appears to have had a scholarly article written about him. But please don't cite researchgate or academia.edu - these are hosting websites, not the "original" publishing location of an article. We want to see that someone has done peer-reviewed academic research about him, and it's much easier for reviewers to see that if you properly cite the articles. Likewise, cite the book you got the information from, rather than using a worldcat link on its own. The automatic citation tool built into the Visual Editor will generate a link to worldcat along with the citation if you copy-paste the ISBN of the book you're citing into it.
