This draft has been rejected and will not be considered further. We have little patience for autobiographical articles, especially if they're completely unsourced. —A little blue Bori v^_^v Jéské Couriano 03:43, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. I added enough sources and information in my article but it is still not approved. How can I change it? Do I need my information to be shorter? I did everything that wikipedia rules asked, but it is still not approved. Please help me. BalletDancer15 (talk) 06:48, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

BalletDancer15 The draft was rejected, meaning that it will not be considered further, and no amount of editing can change that. It seems that this person does not meet Wikipedia's special definition of a notable person, as shown with significant coverage in independent reliable sources. If you have an association with this person, you must review conflict of interest and paid editing for information on required formal disclosures you may need to make. 331dot (talk) 07:55, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The page of our company can't be updated, also we can't add languages or we get kicked of... how is this possible? 82.143.119.150 (talk) 12:21, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

There is no article about your company on the English Wikipedia. There is a draft that you have not submitted for review, but if you did submit it, it would be rejected quickly. Wikipedia is not a place for companies to tell the world about themselves. This is an encyclopedia, where articles about companies must summarize what independent reliable sources with significant coverage have chosen on their own to say about the company, showing how it meets Wikipedia's special definition of a notable company.
Please review conflict of interest and paid editing for information on required formal disclosures. 331dot (talk) 12:55, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I just want to know what I need to make the article acceptable in the eyes of Wikipedia. I have done much work in calculating the statistics of storing various sized used books in various sized contributed cardboard boxes and think this information ( Mean & Standard deviation) is of value to the general public. I can make the article more generic (remove St Francis church from article) and be more general in definition. Basically all the information is there to do a used book sale. The reason I have not worked on this page/article is that the COVID-19 pandemic suspended any work on our used book sale.

Seasund (talk) 13:05, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

@Seasund: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia of notable subjects. It is not a how to website or a place to post original research. You are free to find a blog site, such as Wordpress or Blogger and create an account and post your ideas there. McMatter (talk)/(contrib) 15:12, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Could you please help me? My wikipedia article about Portuguese artist José Pedro Croft was decined because of 2 reasons: - "Copyrighted elements", but everything has been either written by myself or fully credited. Can we know which part is problematic? - "Undisclosed financial stakes": I expect no personal financial gain from this article, I have collaborated with the artist before but he is not paying me. I'm an art historian and this is an informative article based on books, press articles and museum websites. José Pedro Croft is one of the biggest living artists on the Portuguese art scene, with numerous international exhibitions and present in significant institutional collections - I sincerely believe that he should have a detailed wikipedia page in English.

Thank you very much!

Hi!

I am trying to publish this wiki article for MacGuffin Magazine. I have followed the advice and filled in the correct information but was told it is not notable enough?

Please reconsider as we have been publishing for six years now and want this wikipedia page as a sort of loose archive and information hub for anyone searching for the publication.

have a nice day! Benjamin

BenjaminMcMillan (talk) 15:13, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The draft has been rejected and will not be considered further. There is nothing to indicate that the topic is notable and content like "award-winning" and "lauded for its design and research" is clearly NOT neutral tone. Theroadislong (talk) 15:20, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I am a famous Kurdish Singer and I want to have an Article about myself because my fans around the worlds always ask for details about me. I thought about creating a Wikipedia page so that who ever searches for me, can gain access to who I am.

Bahjatyahya (talk) 19:52, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Bahjatyahya I wish you luck in your career, but Wikipedia is not a place for people to tell the world about themselves, and Wikipedia is not interested in enhancing search results for you or in helping you help your fans. You may wish to direct your efforts to social media or alternative forum where that is permitted. 331dot (talk) 19:57, 18 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I have reviewed the Wiki page regarding notability of a topic and have added several supporting citations which I believe meet the criteria including the following: 1) Hall, C.
