I'm requesting assistance because I cannot understand why draft of the page "TSARKA" is not acceptable and can't be published. I will be grateful if someone will help my with problem. Will wait for your answer Sabiberikova (talk) 04:41, 20 February 2018 (UTC)

Hi Sabiberikova. The draft was declined because it cites no sources that are independent of TSARKA. The bulk of any article should be based on independent sources, and only independent sources can show that an entity is notable (suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia). --Worldbruce (talk) 15:03, 20 February 2018 (UTC)

Hi Dean.Connor. Please clarify what you mean by "we". The policy on Wikipedia is "one user—one account". Usernames should not be shared by multiple individuals. --Worldbruce (talk) 05:12, 22 February 2018 (UTC)

Hi there, To clarify, there is only one individual using this username.
