editI have submitted this article twice, and it has been rejected both times with an explanation of the reason. I have now resubmitted it after having made improvements and hope that it will now be satisfactory.
Question: I have retained the explanations of the reasons for rejection at the top of the article. Should I remove them now, before the review has taken place, or leave them there for the reviewer to consult?

- Hi Dsannella. It is best to leave them there for the next reviewer to refer to. Also the links in the decline reasons may come in useful. Arthur goes shopping (talk) 12:36, 22 April 2014 (UTC)

Hi, my article for Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Wigberto Ramos had been decline for the second time. This time because of this: "The content of this submission includes material that does not meet Wikipedia's minimum standard for inline citations. Please cite your sources using footnotes". This is my first article and I´ve been doing it on my own, but this time I would love to get someone who could guide me in order to fit the minimum requirements at list.
