Per WP:DISPLAYTITLE it's only possible to lowercase the initial letter and {{lowercase title}} does this. {{lowercase title full}} will always produce an error message if there are other upper case letters. I removed the only mainspace use (previuos revision) and now there is only one userspace use: User:bahadur.baniya. {{lowercase title}} would also work there.
