I've just removed a tag requesting speedy deletion of the article as patent nonsense. I'm not convinced that I've done the right thing; your Weird Caps above have done nothing to convince me that I was right. Given that it's down to you to support your article, please convince me that I was right to give the article a reprieve - And Without Weird Caps, please. Pls check this page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Techweb777/martincamara. This is an article on Martin Camara, DC... He is included in your page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_people_in_chiropractic - "List of people in Chiropractic"

This is an article about Nepal's first bus line that operated from 1959 to 1966. Would be grateful for your comments.

Karrattul (talk) 06:02, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article provides information about a very prominent swimming training centre of India. It has nurtured many international swimmers of India and continues to do so. I have just tried to put it into the wiki space so that future interested people can add further information to it.

Thanks for the feedback and kind compliments. I have put in a See Also section as suggested. Moved the article also to make it live. Basavanagudi Aquatic Centre. (Should I remove request this request now?)

Nanda ramesh (talk) 08:45, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article is perfect!! Some links should be added like in the Nisha Millet and World Wheelchair and Amputee Games page under "See Also" header. Boolyme Chat!! 19:17, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[[1]] This item is reproduced from a magazine article of 1966. It seems to have a number of problems for Wikipedia but as a new contributor I have no idea what the problems are or how to fix them. It is a genuine history of my grandfather's career and I would hate to see it deleted. Help would be much appreciated.

edit

I have listed the reference as:

[1]

Where have I gone wrong?

I want the "category" to be History of Wirelss in Australia. What is the nearest suitable category?

How do I find more reliable sources when I am looking back to the early 1900's?

Donald3033 (talk) 11:37, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Easiest first: Categories are at Portal:Contents/Categories. Would "Broadcasters in Australia" be close to what you want? You can poke around and see what's in the general categories list.
You can't simply reprint someone else's article. You need to write an article in your own words.
I fixed the reference. The information I had is incomplete and you need to complete it. There are many ways to do references and this is only one. For an article with many references, it has proven the easiest to me, although it's a bit tricky at first. Use templates from Wikipedia:Citation templates to record data as needs be.
If I were you, in order to find reliable sources I would search around in Google and books.google.com first.
Other pages that you should know about and look at: Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography, Wikipedia:Manual of Style (layout)

Blue Cliff Monastery Previously there was an article about this monastery but was removed due to copyrights.

edit

I wrote a completely new article. I would like it to be a stub article about a Buddhist monastery. Is the way I wrote it OK? Thanks. JC

[[2]] Feedback Much Appreciated

edit

Any feedback would be helpful; the article is currently under review.

Chicago2011 (talk) 16:28, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I received feedback when the article was in my workspace and have incorporated those suggestions. Now the article is published in Wikipedia but it is tagged as a new article -- I would like someone to do a quick review. Thanks.

wiki/Francis_X._Kane AIR FORCE FATHER OF GPS - REQUEST for REVIEW

edit

FATHER OF GPS - Hi, Will someone review this and remove this header when appropriate?

This page is a new unreviewed article. This template should be removed once the page has been reviewed by someone other than its creator; if necessary the page should be appropriately tagged for cleanup. If you are the article's creator, you can seek feedback on your new article. (February 2011)

[[3]] Final Review Needed

edit

I need someone to review this article and remove the tag at the top if it is acceptable. Thanks!

Diachronos (talk) 20:33, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

There is a "This page is a new unreviewed article." tab at the top of this recently created document and I was wondering what needs to be done to get this removed. I believe this article is properly cited. Please let me know if adjustments need to be made. Thank you.

There is so little information available about this town, I'm having quite a hard time drumming up information. They seem to enjoy being off the radar.

This article had virtually no citations and was extremely sanitized, with most of the text taken from Saudi government sources or 'drive-by' POV pushing. Over the last two months I've re-written most of it (there are sections where further work is needed), and would appreciate some feed-back to check I'm on the right track. The Talk page is pretty inactive, so not much in the way of feedback there.

DeCausa (talk) 23:49, 8 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I could use some help in figuring what other information to add. Also, I am not sure what references I need in the first place since I wrote the review myself...
