"Vintage" electoral curiosity about Rhode Island
editHi, I am attaching the link below. It is said at the end of the article that voting systems in New England were predominantly composed of paper ballots and punch card voting systems. In this case, I am interested in knowing if these systems (ballots and punch cards) were also in force in Rhode Island as this is a New England State.
