Article editing assistance

I was hoping to find a veteran editor to help modify an article. My IT skills are somewhat lacking and so I was hoping someone could help me make sense of the maze that is citing a reference. Please see Milton Keynes section Crime. Thanks. Anton 81.131.40.58 (talk) 15:53, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
