Cannot find an article

Hello, I have been trying for some time to find a specific article, but it seems to defy all Google-fu and seemingly related pages have no links to it. It is a page with a list of royal and noble titles from various cultures/languages presented in a large chart (not an image of a chart, but a chart formatted in site). It is not the article titled "Imperial, royal and noble ranks." I have found the page before, but cannot remember its title or any link to it. Even so, a list like that could be a starting point for an article here - assuming proper sourcing and proper fleshing-out so as not to be just a list of dictionary terms. I don't think there's a list article on Wikipedia, but we do have Category:Royal titles, Category:Noble titles and Category:Titles. It would make an awfully big list. Alansplodge (talk) 15:02, 2 June 2022 (UTC)

Perhaps the table that was in previous versions [1] of Imperial, royal and noble ranks? The table was recently removed from the article. --Amble (talk) 16:21, 2 June 2022 (UTC)

In House MD Season 8 Episode 10, one Confederate re-enacter said to the other: "we swore that we would see the elephant together". [2]

Is the "elephant" in reference to something?
