William A. Roach edit
I seem to be unable to find any hard facts about US stamp designer William A. Roach except that he worked for something called "Bureau of Engraving and Printing" which may or may not have something to do with United States Postal Service and that he was involved with designing or engraving stamps (French piece of work to the right). And that he probably was not the same person who was once Secretary of State of Indiana. Does anybody know if/when he died? Thuresson (talk) 22:06, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

- This other William Roach also died in 1969. Hit by a train, at 88. I don't know why, but that's impressive. He, and the notion that the US government doesn't print stamps anymore should be commemorated, somehow. InedibleHulk (talk) 14:45, 12 November 2014 (UTC)
