Help finding a Jorge Prelorán film

Lowest winning score of a snooker frame

In tofay's featured article 1985 World Snooker Championship final, we learn that the second frame of the final was won by Steve Davis with an unusually low score of 49:2. This makes me wonder: What is the lowest recorded score (of the winner and/or the sum of both players) in a winning snooker frame? --KnightMove (talk) 05:26, 27 April 2021 (UTC)

A player could theoretically win a frame without ever even potting any balls under the three miss rule, where their opponent forfeits the frame. (From Rules of snooker: "Failure to hit a ball "on" three times in a row, if the player has a clear sight of the ball. The referee will warn a player after a second such miss that a third miss will mean that the opponent will be awarded the frame. This rule does not apply if the player is snookered. As missing due to avoiding a direct shot on a ball is usually a tactical, rather than skill-related, outcome, this rule is rarely invoked, as a player will simply hit the ball directly on the third shot". Very likely, also notes in the accompanying text: "CueTracker.net records a frame score of 29-17 between Doug Mountjoy and Cliff Wilson at the 1993 UK Championship and a frame score of 36-35 in the match between Darren Morgan and Bob Chaperon at the 1990 World Championship". On @Fgf10:'s point: in the second round of the 2013 World Snooker Championship, Dechawat Poomjaeng lost a frame to Michael White on the three-miss rule right at the start of the frame, with 15 reds still on the table. The frame score was therefore 12–0. A video (with ?Danish commentary) is available here; here is a summary of the match from The Independent. I watched it live, and it was one of the most extraordinary sequences of play I have seen in 35 years of watching snooker. Hassocks5489 (Floreat Hova!) 09:16, 29 April 2021 (UTC)

Wow, great link. I don't see how that one could be beaten for lowest score within the rules as I understand them (which is a significant limitation of that statement).
