An old game I can't remember edit
Anyone know about a game that has a purple little smartcar with a purple light on the top, and in the game there's a bus you can unlock by doing this difficult jump

That isn't it, it's a durby game in a city, and the purple car has a police siren on it, but the siren is purple too
