Darkseid Comics

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

I was a big fan of the classic Superman comics which featured the evil space ruler "Darkseid", when I was a child. My question is as follows: is there a collection or omnibus which includes all of these classic comics? One which is available today and can be bought in Switzerland?

The short version seems to be "No" - there isn't a single collection that covers everything. However, if you check out our article on Darkseid you can get some sense of which titles/issues you're looking for by examining the list of references. You could then check the availability of those issues against our list of DC reprints and then see if they're available via a local bookseller. I'm not really "up" on DC comics history, but our article doesn't seem to list much Darkseid material from the 90s; it kind of skips from The Great Darkness Saga of the 80s to stuff from the 2000s like Final Crisis. Superman Comics from the 1990s

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

I posted a similar question just above, but this one is about the classic Superman comcis of the 1990s. I am looking for a collection which includes almost all or most the Superman comcis from the 1990s.

The relevant article for both your questions is: List of DC Comics reprint collections. As you may be aware, Superman is not restricted to a single comic title; besides his signature title, there is also Action Comics and a plethora of other titles he's headlined or crossed-over into. So, you'll likely need to to some digging to figure out which collections are the ones you want to read or re-read. "Superman comics from the 90s" would cover literally hundreds of issues; they're not all going to be collected into a single volume. The search engine at The Grand Comics Database can be a little annoying, but their material is remarkably complete; you may find help in pinning down what you're after by checking out their cover galleries.
