editPhineas and ferb fanart -- who's this boy with Isabella?

One of the characters is Isabella from Phineas and Ferb.
Who's the boy with her? I don't suppose that's Phineas with a Dr. Frankenstein costume? (Phineas is a redhead too, but he has blue eyes, whereas the boy has green eyes) Maybe someone else from a different cartoon or anime? --Daniel Carrero (talk) 04:29, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
- I don't know anything about fanart and its conventions, but it certainly seems that it's supposed to be Phineas. He wore such an outfit, with such a hairdo, in the season 1 episode "One Good Scare Ought to Do It!"; and the conception of the work seems to match the bit with Phineas and Isabella ascending the stairwell at about 1:49 of this video.
