editYears of a statue's view point, high above a city
editWould anyone know the name of a cartoon short (1970's possibly) about a statue on a high pedestal in a city? What I remember is that after many years, the statue 'rusted' is hauled down by the citizens. It's kinda telling the story of the life & times of the city, from the statue's view point.
