significance to a grisly crime

edit

I watched 44 Minutes: The North Hollywood Shoot-Out. In it, a lady wearing a pink tracksuit and white crop top was walking her dog. They were yards away from the bank when the high incident bandits barged in. Who was she, and how is she significant to the North Hollywood Shootout?158.222.165.116 (talk) 08:47, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Apparently, she was invented for the show, to report the robbery. There's no "dog-walking girl" on the IMDB listing, so I guess she had a real name, or the part was even too insignificant for that site (unlikely). But I don't think she existed in real life. What type of music is the SEX AND THE CITY theme song?

edit

What kind of music is theme song to Sex and the City and where does that type of music originate. I'm thinking it's Cuban or something because it reminds me of Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine, but I don't know if it's called salsa or samba or rhumba or something else. Ok thanks.--65.130.113.132 (talk) 15:27, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That would be this, yes? The first word that comes to mind is "salsa", but that might not be specific enough nor even necessarily correct. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots15:43, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Although it is kind of the same style as "Salsation" from the Saturday Night Fever album.[1]Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots17:05, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
AllMusic says Salsa in the City is "perhaps capitalizing on the salsa-based opening theme to the TV show Sex in the City". Salsa-based like Easy Cheese is cheese-based, I say, but works for lack of a better word. InedibleHulk (talk) 19:49, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

there was a kung fu film with the antagonist a black haired and black bearded caucasian who at one point shot a chinese person with a gun. the film proceeded in having the protagonist fight with the antagonist, and i believe in the final bottle, the antagonist becomes barechested. Who is the antagonist or what is this film?174.3.125.23 (talk) 23:27, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

That's a tough one to nail down with those details. Here are a bunch of kung fu fight scene videos. Something may ring a bell for you. InedibleHulk (talk) 19:05, 31 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
