Youngest climber summited Rupal Peak (5,642 M)

Dear ALL

It is my pleasure to inform that Alpine Club of Pakistan launched an expedition to Rupal Peak of height 5,642 M namely "2nd Green Rupal Peak (5,642 M) Peace Expedition 2013" on 23rd August 2013. The peak is situated near Nanga Parbat base camp (Rupal Face). The expedition succeeded to climb the Rupal Peak on 28th August 2013.

The summiteers also include a 12 year old boy Hassan Faiz, who climbed this peak without facing any problem in Alpine Style from Nanga Parbat Rupal face side to summit and return base camp in record time about 32 hours back base camp.

I would like to know if you have a record of any such young climber who has climbed any peak Alpine Style rising above 5,642 meters. Please share if any such information exists if not please let us you don’t have any record with you so we need here declare HASSAN FAIZ is youngest Himalayan climber who climbed in Alpine Style 5642- meters Peak. I'm not sure what you mean by "Alpine Style", but, according to his article, Jordan Romero climbed three mountains above 5642 m and one exactly that height before his 12th birthday. Clarityfiend (talk) 20:27, 12 October 2013 (UTC)

(ec) Found a few partial or what appeared like a translation ASCII error in the lyrics. A complete one is at Metafilter. One caution on translating songs is that part of the allure of lyrics/poetry and song is that some of the best really don't provide for equal translations.
