Irish film

I am looking for the name of an Irish film, where a boy who lives with his mother meets a stranger man and they became friends. You can hear Electric Co. at the beggining of the movie. Miss Bono ^[zootalk] 17:21, 15 August 2013 (UTC)

My Friend Joe? It was a British/German/Irish coproduction, was filmed in Germany according to IMDB, but the boy character Chris and his parents were Irish. --Canley (talk) 03:50, 16 August 2013 (UTC)

Are you sure. Does it have the song at the beginning? The friend wasn't a girl in the movie. Is there any Irish movie named My Best new Friend or something. Richard Sanders aka Less Nessman WKRP

in my dads high school year book there is a picture of a Richard Sanders and my dad said he went to school with him in Leavenworth Kansas i was wondering if he did spend time in Leavenworth maybe his dad was in the military it does not say anything about it on his page — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.45.150.37 (talk) 18:16, 15 August 2013 (UTC)

Paul McCartney in Across the Universe film

I read once in the Spanish Wikipedia that Paul McCartney made a cameo in that film but I didn't see him. Can anyone say which part he appears in? Miss Bono ^[zootalk] 19:41, 15 August 2013 (UTC)
