Critical error.

Reading excellent account of Nancy Spain's life and work,she was an enjoyable columnist,broadcaster and writer who will be fondly remembered by many of us who recall the late 50's to 64;memories of a theatre review returned. She wrote a piece for either Manchester Guardian or Daily Express on the,then newly shown,musical West Side Story. The gist of her review was dismissive,she did not seem to like the "sharks and jets" concept,and,most surprisingly the musical score and songs. In my opinion these songs and score are as good as it gets in modern music. I've been trying to locate a copy of that review,but,Manchester Guardian long since closed,hard to find. The Manchester Guardian has not closed, it's now the Guardian. Their website has contact details. I would suggest you contact them and ask if they can find the review for you; it almost certainly won't be online anywhere. In fact the Guardian does now have its entire contents for the 20th century available online, see here. You can search for free but it costs money to view the material. I tried putting "nancy spain west side story" into the archive search box; nothing relevant seemed to come up, but you may have better luck. google images

Alot of times when im looking for a picture on goole images it is hard for me to see the images and it takes to long to go to the web site of every picture i think i might need. is there a way to make it so that it search result pictures are bigger besides going to the web site or zooming in because this loses quality. thanks --76.236.191.157 (talk) 16:47, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

Tempshill's suggestion is a good one. At Bing Images, click on "Maps", choose the general area and start zooming in. Soon you'll get the option to see that area in "Birds Eye" view. 152.16.59.190 (talk) 08:07, 14 June 2009 (UTC)

Tail end of a 1980's movie

The in the mid 1980s I saw the very end of a film where a white guy was walking up to a house in a very bad black neighborhood late at night. The door to the house was locked and he was standing on the porch when a small boy walked up and said “Mister, you lose your keys?” Then a gang of black men walk up obviously to rob and/or kill the white guy. The white guy at first offers his keys, wallets, and credit cards, but the gang leader says he wants something else. I don’t remember what it was (probably something sexual) because the white man starts sobbing “No, I can’t” and the gang leader growls “you can do it! Yes, you can”. The owner of the house then arrives and chases the gang off. I think it was Louis Gossett Jr. but I’m not sure. Anyone remember the film? -OberRanks (talk) 18:42, 11 June 2009 (UTC)

He was in so many films, its hard to tell and I'm not sure if that was even him at the end of the film I remember. It's possible that the film was "The Gaurdian" but IMDB states it was a TV movie. I seem to recall the F word and the end scene I think the gang leader was telling the guy to do something sexual maybe even give a blow job; not exxactly TV movie stuff.
