Sound in Da Funk

In the song "Da Funk" by Daft Punk, there is a sound that repeats over and over in the main beat thingy that goes along with the main electric guitar-sounding beat. It is played just by itself about 1:50 to 2:25 ish. Does anybody know what instrument was used to make that sound...or if it was made with a computer?

Also, is this the same type of sound that occurs in the song "Love Comes Again" by Tiësto from 1:12ish to 1:40ish. If not, what instrument is this? Is it also computer generated?

How to Steal a Million

What's the make and model of the absurdly tiny red car that Audrey Hepburn drives in the movie ? Also, what's her relationship, if any, to Catherine Hepburn ? StuRat (talk) 15:53, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

According to Audrey's article, which you linked above, she may have been very distantly related to Katharine Hepburn. That's keeping in mind that Audrey was born in Belgium and Hepburn was her grandmother's name, whereas Katharine was born in the US. Any family relationship between the two would date back a number of generations beforehand, to a time when both actresses' ancestors were still living in the UK. --207.236.147.118 (talk) 17:36, 14 April 2009 (UTC)

The closest known possible common ancestor was the Earl of Bothwell (one of Mary Queen of Scots' husbands), who died in 1578. Audrey was definitely related to him; Katharine may have been, but it's not certain. If she wasn't, they'd need to look further back to find a definite connection. Humphrey Bogart and Princess Diana were a lot more closely connected than the 2 Hepburns were. Name of an old horror film

I remember that when I was young, in a local movie rental store, they used to have this poster for an horror movie. It was a barrel with a hand with three thin, slimy and bony fingers coming out of it. I'm trying to track down which movie that was. A hand with three thin, bony fingers was the image on the poster for The War of the Worlds (1953). No barrel. Pepso2 (talk) 19:03, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

I seem to recall that the spaceship in that movie was a simple, metallic cylinder, which might be described as "a barrel". Were there any picks of the hand coming out of that ? StuRat (talk) 13:36, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
